About The Mix
German Dj and producer
HairyBo from a village in Hessen delivered for Mondayjazz a big pile of material. In fact, mix
Differet Tastes Of Jazz was so long, that it had to be divided into two parts. So for this Monday - part 1 called Degustation.
In general it's a travel through various periods and artists operating in a field of music somehow connected with jazzy aesthetics. Lots of the tracks are reminescences of a bit forgotten, but not so old stuff wheter it's instrumental hip-hop, downtempo or their relatives. On the other hand, big part of the tunes are realy very old, not even in sense of old school, but rather retro. Those selection choices plays even educational role, because presents roots of modern jazz music and all of it mutant forms and branches.
Even after cutting the mix in two it's still quite along play, but this hour and a half surely pays at least for being reminded and hering of
International Pony Theme.
To be continued...
