About The Mix

Author of this weeks mix – DJ and producer of Chilean origin living in Miami - Manuvers. About this mix he states: "As far as the name for the mix, lets call it (MIA in the MIA), its like MIA abreviation for Missing in Action, and MIA as in Miami. So its missing in action in Miami. Kinda like the underground scene and exclusive stuff from Miami you might not see or know about".
Exclusivity is indeed the main feature and strong side of this mix. Most tracks are either made by Manuvers friends, either he himself had put his hands on them, lots of unreleased, not publicited or unknown tunes. It's not even exactly a mix (author of it don't mix some of it's parts at all), but a compilation of exclusive music, which will definately find it's place between listeners which pay attention to the things that stream from their speakers.
Stilistically it can be described in, let's say, traditional terms like hip-hop, nu-jazz, soul etc. But the main feature that connects all of it's tracks is depth and a specific groove, characteristic to Manuvers mixes and his own music, which is hard to describe in words, but if you hear it once it's almost unconfuseable. So really worth checking rarity product.
