About The Mix
Best hardcore tracks
Humble home country of Mondayjazz experienced some huge time by the seaside last weekend, which is code-named after "Satta outside festival". Anyway, just like the locals today, you might as well have some weekend versus work day issues. But hey, that's what Mondayjazz is all about - spread out some music, brought up by some talented ears to ease the diverse feelings behind the screen and buttons, from 9 to 5, daily.
It's
Recor this Monday, our new friend from the States, whose production, just like the mix he made, is highly influenced by psychedelic rock, crying guitars, vinyl crackling and some jazz.
Without minding the formal style specifics, the mix sounds very cinematographically, as a complete soundtrack, waiting to be visualized for a second "Deadman" or any other hero, who keeps on trying to blow out the smoke coming out of his freshly shot gun, in the middle of unidentified steppe, peeking straight through to you across the camera once in a while. Here's Sun Ra's track for a fluent beginning, a bit of Edan's rap for an episode on having fun in a pond, endless rock miles for lonely journeys and meetings with impressive passer-by's, anxious melodies for sea battles and Cat Power's tears for the only love shot.
Don't mind the weekends - let's Monday
