About The Mix
The Healing Beats
Once again we meet the unresting beat makers from Germany. This time, a compilation for Mondayjazz listeners is selected by a music creator
Front 2 Blaq and mixed by his man Dj Magic Mayer.
It is hard to distinguish the main message which the author sends, but the mix is truly deep in all the aspects of this word.
Front 2 Blaq starts its session roughly with strict beats from the grim street. It is dark and spooky for the listener. But the mood changes and electronic sounds from space come and stay with us. It is interesting to discover the strong influence of electronica, which is natural for the German beat makers.
The author sends forth really strong beats, but has sympathy for a sexy female vocal which dyes the compilation with warmth.
"Magic Mayer" is truly a deep and intelligent mix tape. It is really a down tempo journey down the street, the heart and space with the good company of scratch.
By the way, if you study the track list well, you will find a few respectable authors from some previous Mondayjazz issues such as: Hazel, Stevo and Comfort Fit.
